The Activity Group started in 2016 to provide advanced life-saving technologies to military, police, and first responders. The company started strong and secured significant sales before a critical vendor failed to deliver creating significant cash flow stress. The situation highlighted both a vendor dependency and client concentration issues, with over 40% of revenue from a single client. Our challenge was to develop and drive a complete overhaul of the strategy and system in order to create long-term sustainable growth.
